He doesn't have much of an online presence, which seems to be common amongst the historic restoration contractors I've worked with. It made him seem more legit. I'm so glad I found Michael Smyth masonry!
He was extremely knowledgeable and offered many great design ideas that I had not considered. The price was right and he got the job done quickly, in less than 2 weeks. He was a pleasure to work with, and is a clear communicator. All of the details we discussed were executed properly. He takes great pride in his work and does everything right, so that it will last many decades.
